Floor sanding and polish / stain for a bungalow in central Auckland. The floors are a mix of original (Kauri?) floor boards and a more recent addition of engineered wooden boards. The total floor space is 120 square meters all at ground level spread across three bedrooms, a hallway and an open plan living-kitchen-dining room. We have minimal furniture as we've just moved in but we'll ask if you can help us shift this within the house or onto the deck to accommodate sanding. We would also like you to remove skirting in about half the space if possible. You're welcome to view the space before committing to a final cost. We would like this complete before mid October.

Our tired old floors came up looking brand new, we're thrilled with the result. Communication was very straightforward and Glen was very flexible letting other tradies work around the house at the same time. He also did a test for us before we began so we could see the colour options and choose our finishing. He cleaned up well and left minimal dust which made our clean up a lot easier.
