I have approx 70m2 of new rimu flooring to sand and poly as well as approx 30m2 of existing floor to resand and poly. My other floor sander has let me down so this needs to be able to be done before the 9th May. At the very least I would need the new area sanded sealed and the first coat on to allow for the kitchen installation.
