Floor prep for carpet tile job

I am starting an office interior refit and require the services of a floor sander to come and assist for a few hours. The carpet will be removed by the end of this weekend so I'll need someone to come and give the floor (concrete) a once over with 40 grit to remove old adhesive and imperfections prior to new adhesive going down for the tiles. Area is approximately 200 sq/m, comprising several offices, and a couple of corridor areas. Shouldn't be more than about 4 or 5 hours work in total. The old carpet has been there for almost 40 years and whatever adhesive was used has mostly turned to powder - so it really only needs a once over. The work will need to be completed after some of the existing interior walls have been removed; probably around 21st to the 24th April. I'll be on site every day this week so you can come and look if you need to, but basically if you can quote me for 5 hours labour plus a rotary sander that should suffice.
