Vinyl floor repair

I have burnt two parts of a vinyl floor and was wondering if it would be possible to just repair the affected area as opposed to replacing the whole floor as I can’t afford to do it, needs to be done before February but need a quote ASAP to give to landlord. I have attached photos of the damage floor the spray can is for size reference.
