Sand and Refinish Wood Floors - Kitchen and Lounge

Sanding back, filling and then finishing the wooden floors in our 1940's house. There are 3 areas which will require this (approx 34 sqm total) : - Lounge (approx 18sqm) with previously finished floors. - Kitchen (approx 13sqm) with unfinished floors ( there was vinyl which was removed and glue was also removed) - Laundry (approx 3.6sqm) with vinyl still on ( we will remove the vinyl but still may have glue on floors). There was carpet down in lounge, so there are tacks, staples etc which will need to be removed. There are also holes/dents etc which will need to be filled. Some of the floor will have residual glue from vinyl (mainly in Laundry). We would prefer a water based finish, and do not require staining. Hoping for early to mid June completion date.
