Floor sanding. Need to redo existing polished matai floor in an old villa in a matt finish. Sitting room, small kitchen and bathroom.

Can’t recommend. Initial work acceptable but some patching required for very different board colour. Told them straight away it wasn't OK, would be replaced & need to be redone, & overall colour was too light. While waiting for new boards, foolishly paid account. Quote to sand about 7 short boards & apply one tinted coat to the whole floor was $140 more than original quote (heavy sand, hole filling & 3 coats on 33sqm)! Outrageous. Finally completed patching ourselves & didn't proceed with tint.
