I have one large room (3.6m x 4.2m) that requires the rimu floors to be polyurethaned. I've been told they don't need to be sanded and I am on a tight budget. I will remove all the carpet and carpet grips my self and clean the floors in preparation for someone to finish them. There is a possibility for 2 more rooms to be done in the near future and we can discuss that at your site visit.
