Prep for Native Timber Flooring

We have removed all of our laminate flooring in preparation for sanding and polishing however there are a couple of minor issues we would like remedied. One is to replace a small hole in the floor (photo below) and the other is to cut some of the flooring where our kitchen cabinets sit (so that the timber floorboards sit flush with the cabinets). All photos below. There are a couple of other miscellaneous tidy ups that need be completed too (removing the silver skirting sleeve around fireplace). We would like a physical inspection before quotes are given to fully understand the job that needs to be completed.
