Polish Kitchen Floor

Tradie wanted to sand 7.6m square of Matai floor and then polished to match the rest of the house. Looking for 3 coats of a water based urethane as area is in the kitchen and so will be subject to spills and lots of sun. Tradie will need to remove a metal kick plate in front of a door prior to sanding and then replace once polish is complete. Looking for someone that can complete the job prior to Easter.
