floor tile uplift + wooden floor refinish

Our kitchen/laundry floor is 10-15m2 and covered with old thick concrete(?) tiles stuck down with mortar to lovely old matai flooring. VERY hard to remove. We would love to have the tiles removed and be able to "save" the wood underneath so we can refinish it. So we need someone with a professional floor tile uplift machine to remove the tiles. If this person can also re-finish the wood, that would be a great bonus. This job can be done anytime, ideally we need it done within the next 4 weeks.
