Finish job on polished wooden floors - recycled rimu

Job description

Floor Sanding & Refinishing
Auckland

Published: 2 February 2017

We have a hallway, bathroom, kitchen and dining area that need the wooden floors to be finished. Part of the floors are original rimu, the kitchen and dining area is recycled rimu to match the old stuff. We have had the panels sanded and filled with one coat of varnish down and have let the floors season. We have been living in the house with that one coat of varnish down for about 18months. But the guy who started the job has now moved overseas. We would like the floors to be finished and with a Matt Varnish to match the matt finish on the concrete floor in the lounge. It's a 1938 Art Deco house with a new extension built. Approx sqm of the wooden floors is 40-50sqm. Ideally I need someone to do the job within the next 3 weeks if there is anyone available please. Many thanks.
