Hello, Floor Recoating in Auckland City Seeking a skilled tradesperson for a floor recoating job located in Auckland City. The site offers convenient parking, easy access, and is on a single level. Job Details: The floor was last coated approximately 8 years ago and is currently free of furniture. The task involves: A light sanding to prepare the surface. Minor filling, as needed. Application of Resene K2 water-based polyurethane, which has already been purchased. Requirements: The site has 15-amp power available if required. Expectation is that the job can be completed in one -2 days, provided everything goes smoothly. The job is ready to start immediately, and payment will be made in $$ upon completion.
