We are seeking advice and quotes to sand and resurface the oak laminate flooring in an open plan kitchen dining area and adjoining lounge room. The extra boards we have indicate the veneer layer is 4mm, but we don’t know if any of it has been previously worked on. We would hope to get the work done towards the end of January.
