Timber Gate and rehang/adjust cavitity doors

Two jobs need doing. We want a timber gate across a small path beside our house. The width is approx 90cm. Needs to be wide enough to roll rubbish and recycling bins out. Preferably open inwards but okay with outwards if it means we can get the bins out. Also, we have two cavity doors, one needs adjusting and rehanging (between hallway and garage) and the other is the pantry doors which need readjusting so that they meet flush instead of offset (as per picture). Regarding materials for the gate, we can discuss but I may have the ability to source it directly (all depends on cost and hassle factor).
