Privacy fence and gate for corner section

Looking for a tradie to build a wooden privacy fence to keep our backyard private on our corner lot section. This fence would be approx 12 m (9m along boundary line and then 3m towards house, with a pathway gate included as part of this 3m section). Our covenant states we can't go higher than 1.8m and that the top 50cm be "semi transparent". We are open to suggestions but were thinking of horizontal slats and a gate which is flush and "disappears" into the fence. We also have an existing low level fence which extends around the boundary. We'd like to keep this where the privacy fence isn't replacing it but we'd like the two fence styles to not clash. We don't take possession of the house till the start of December but I would be available to meet at the site prior to this if needed. Ideally in terms of timeline we'd like as soon as possible (from Dec onwards) but being the earliest available builder wouldn't necessarily be the prime consideration.
