Fence / Gate Completion + deck stairs

Fence: We have a 2/3rds completed fence/gate. This was a DIY project, but now we are planning a move and need the job finished quicker than we can manage ourselves. We need to join up the two already constructed fence sections. We had planned to do this with a combination of fixed fence and small gate. This is still an option, but, if possible, we'd like to now do it with gates in such a way that a car can still be parked in front of the house if a tenant wants this. Nb. the driveway is extremely hard McCallum's chip which is very hard to cut through with a concrete cutter, which is why we kept the old post pictured for re-use if possible. Stairs: We also need stairs built down from our deck: we put up temporary steps a while ago but haven't had a chance to replace with proper steps down to the lawn (see picture).
