Dean (Owner/operator) who is just a sparky, uses Imrie gates ( --- ) for all gate work. It took almost 2 months and didnt finish the job. Kept using excuses, weather, staining and drying of cedar wood etc. Asked and was paid 50% deposit and now I have to get the job finished by someone else as Dean has clearly turnaround and said he cant do the job. Dean has no idea about gates as he didnt explain anything to us about what type of gates we can have or what gate has what issues.

"Worst client I've ever dealt with. Wants the job done for nothing, was never happy with the original quote so not sure why he accepted it to begin with. Client was trying to decide on a gate design for over 3 months which put the job on hold. Based on my quote, and the final product, I'm happy with the level of quality and workmanship delivered. I will not deal with this customer ever again, for anything! Gate install was perfect in my opinion. Judge for yourself."
