Boundary Fence

Help! Thought i could fix fence myself but it turns out the neighbors below have a framed rock garden where the back wall of it unbs along under the fence so cant dig deep enough to put new post deep enough. I thought of placing against wall but my veggie garden to close to existing fence line.. Was looking at replacing with same fence as on my other boundary.
