I have a faulty "Videx" keypad and subsequently a faulty exit sensor. The company who installed the system (Planet Gates and Fences silverdale) has given me a quote to replace the keypad which they believe should also fix the faulty sensor at the sametime. Unfortunately they have gone into liquidation before any money or work was done. My insurance company Tower rejected the claim on the basis that it did not include what the issues are and how it was caused. So what I'm requiring is a full quote to replace the keypad FAULT: (WATER HAS ENTERED THE KEYPAD AND CORRODED THE INTERNAL COMPONENTS ) Then I would submit the quote to my insurance company. Once they pay out on the quote I would then have you complete the work. I've included pics of the running gear which all works fine via our remotes.
