Install privacy panels around deck

Looking for someone to install 8x trellis panels/similar privacy panels around my deck. The panels/fence posts can be attached to the deck and retaining wall so no digging required. The panels I’m looking to install (attached) retail for $158.55 at Bunnings and my estimate is that the job will require 1/2 a day labour. My budget is circa $1,800.00 incl GST for labour and materials. The only special request is for the panels attached to the retaining wall to be flash with the top of the retaining wall, so a little cutting will be necessary.
