Catio build

I would like to enclose both ends of my back section, which is quite small. It would require lightweight framing and gates to be built, with metal netting added. Similar style to the picture I’ve included. The width across is 2.85m, height approx 2.5m. The top would be left open and I would add cat netting myself to that. Pictures also attached of the area.

Boundary fence

Common fence between 23 & 25 Saturn Crescent, Milson. Existing fence (from street front to rear of section) is approx 45 metres in length. Wooden posts (concreted in) and stringers with corrugated iron. Height at street end 93 cm & rest 180 cm. Approx 11 metres for low part of fence and 34 metres for rest. There is a mix of small round posts (which have rotted out) and tall square posts which are twisted. The stringers also need replacing. Most of the iron is reusable, but some new sheets...

28mr wooden fence

28mr length, 1.8 high, 2.4mr spacing, 3 railings per spacing, zero gap between palings, wood fence on level ground. Existing fence will be removed prior to job. Existing posts within concrete mowing strip will be removed with 200mm either side of post. Mowing strip to be replaced from post removal.

Slacks Road fence (With Lester)

demolish and remove existing metal panel fence and replace with standard 1.8 metre fence along shared side boundary. Need a quote to get neighbour's approval to proceed. Boundary is approx 45.2 long, metal fence has concrete posts with timber rails in poor condition. Metal panels suitable for scrap and largely intact. Fence at rear is 2.0 metres high so will consider higher fence to match but not critical, can be decided on site. Front boundary fence is 1.8 metres.

Professional Opinion on repair of fence plus quote
