Fence on top of existing Retaining wall

We are looking for a builder to build a fence on top of an existing retaining wall. This is urgent work, so we are keen to engage asap. Approx 10-meter fence (9.8) with two Totara posts at each end and 100 x 100 post and vertical battens between (per detail supplied). Materials are already on site and ready to go.
