To build outdoor stairs, a trellis/fence panel, and a slatted wooden box

Hi, we would like to do the following: 1. We have a split-level garden and want to build some stairs with handrails. The upper section is 1.4m above the ground. 2. On the upper section of the garden, we want to install or build a trellis/fence panel. It is approximately H 2m x W 3m. 3. Also, we would like to have a slatted wooden box to cover the outdoor A/C unit. Please see the attached photo. Thanks.
