Fence replacement

Old fence has fallen down, needs to be replaced. Has to be strong due to high winds. First section approximately 18 meters long by 1.8m heigh. Second section Approximately 7m long by 1m heigh. There is an existing concrete base with holes for supporting posts, I'm not sure if this is suitable to be reused. Can any quotes include removal of old fence. This is a boundary fence so will need quotes to show the other neighbour.
