Build Wooden Fence/Gate (small)

Needing a wooden fence/gate installed from the house to the exterior boundary fence. Very small space maybe 1m wide. Wanting it about 1-1.5m high. Would like a latch too so it can be an opening gate. Have attached photos of the space the gate is to go (from side of house to boundary fence. Have also attached photos of the front fencing (want similar design to this to match but not see through panels).
