Existing fence has clinker brick pillars and wall, with wooden panels between pillars (see photo 1). Complete fence cannot be seen in photo. Job is to: 1. Remove clinkers off the pillars (7 total) as well as wall under wooden panels (mostly at front). Plaster over pillars in prep for painting etc. 2. Replace wooden vertical fence panels with horizontal wooden panels (if possible in a shutter design). There are six panels at 1350mm high, with five panels 2200mm wide and one panel at 2000m wide. Would ideally like the fence to look like photo 2.
