Fence repair / replacement

A section of fencing that borders on a neighbour's property has been knocked over by winds. The neighbour is a Kainga Ora tennant, so have to build to their specifications. Would like to replace the minimum amount of fencing possible, but if I need to do more for safety reasons, then I'm open to it. I can provide the Kainga Ora fence specs if required. I took the photos just after I noticed the fence had collapsed. Since taking the photos I've cleared up the area (removed plants) so you will have space to work! Wanting to start as soon as possible.
