Timber post n rail (3 x rail) fence on lifestyle

We recently bought a section in Akatarawa, Upper Hutt and the covenant requires that we erect a post and rail (3xrail) fence around the section. I've measured the length of the required fence to be approx 142m and would like to get a cost estimate for the material including installation.
