Putting fence posts in

We need help with putting 15 fence posts in the back of our yard. We want to do the railings and palings ourselves. We already got all the material as we wanted to put the posts in ourselves as well. But because the ground is so try after not raining in 3 weeks we couldn't dig the holes with a small post borer (never used one of them before so might not have tried it properly). We have 10 radiata fence posts with 2.1m 100x100mm (for 1.5m high fence) and 5 posts with 1.8m height 100x100mm (for 1.2m high fence). We also have palings for braces, about 20 bags of quick to set concrete etc. I'm happy to help where I can. The main problem is really digging the fence posts. Noticed there are also a few roots as there are some small trees on the property boundary.
