MHouse SL10 Electric Sliding Gate Stopped Working

Help - Our MHouse model SL10 branded Electric Sliding Gate has stopped working. I have tried contacting everyone on the internet but they won't help us. We are out in Pukekohe Electric gate has never given us problems before. It opened and closed earlier today but now won't work. Have tried resetting the fuses, the power and tested 2x remotes and the hardwired keypad. Makes all the normal beeping noises but the motor won't engage and doesn't do anything.
