Boundary Fence - Repair and/or replacement

Some of our timber boundary fencing needs fixing and/or replacement. The small side timber section has a rotten top rail and some loose/missing palings. A rear section of the boundary fence has a concrete footing for a post push out. Some of this fence is falling outwards and has caused a boundary corner post (with neighbour) to push out.
