Boundary fence and Retaining wall

Hi all. We are needing a retaining wall installed, approximately 1 metre in height and 55 metres in length. It is two parallel walls on either side of the section. Our material of preference for this is concrete as there is an existing wall that is concrete blocks. On top of this, we would like a wooden fence, see picture attached for the type we are after. The brief description of this is a continental panel fence. This will be 2 metres in height and again 55 metres in length. This will be fixed on top of the retaining wall. Our time frame for this is we would like it to be done in the next 6 weeks if possible. The sooner the better. This is a boundary fence, we are looking at quotes for now to present to neighbours to come to an agreement. Thank you for you time.
