Fence - 14m

Need a 14m fence, maybe 600mm- 1m high. The fence could go on top of the wooden ledge perhaps. Nothing fancy, just basic..preferably timber but on a tight budget so will just need to be affordable. Trellis would even do. Either way, something that allows light still reach nbor's roses but would keep a future, hopefully well-behaved dog, from squeezing through :) Might add 2 small gates to sides of house if price is right but for now fence is the priority. Pics are facing neighbours.
