Fence addition in Pine Hill

We want to dog-secure the rear half of our section by adding some fences / gates either side of the house. Pictures are the house to boundary on north and south sides. On the south side we want to fence the grass and add a gate where the path is. On the north side we want a gate (probably farm gate or similar low cost option) to permit occasional vehicle access to rear of property, and whatever fence is required to secure the remainder. Both sections are 3.2-3.3m between building and hedge.
