Ra was the first tradie to respond to my request to look at my electric gate motor. He checked it out while I was away & when I got back it was working 100%. He messaged me saying that wood & soil had got on the track & the gate was seeing it as an obstacle & that is why it had become so intermittent. Ra sent a message saying what the problem was & I really appreciated his honesty & the fact he didn't charge for the job.

Sent the quote through rightaway and we booked the job in for the next day. Really did a great job - the fence and gate look amazing now, and the gate is fully secure. Used his builders brain to repair as smartly as possible to save costs overall. Have now got Brad looking into doing more jobs for me. Highly recommend.
