Fence privacy, shade and maybe retaining wall

I have an existing pine horizontal fence, we love it but it's not providing enough privacy. We want to extend it by 5 slates about 3 meters length. Also I need a sunshade up, we have purchased a shade just need poles. Also if money can stretch a retaining fence for a garden bed approx 8 meters long by 550 high in pine. Can you quote each part separately. I need it by 16 th of December. I suspect a two day job. Cheers rehana
