Assess/repair gate

Courtyard gate (timber) of lower end unit is sticking to the point it becomes very difficult if not impossible to open after rain. This is one of the 4 bottom units of 8 in a 2-storey complex and each unit has the same gate with a fence around the periphery. Gate locks were replaced in 2017 with high quality locks so it seems to be an issue with the wood swelling rather than the lock. Not clear whether timber of the gate door has swollen or whether the gate door is misaligned with the rest of the fence. Need tradesperson to assess and provide a quote.
