Fix manual gate

Our manual gate across driveway broke in recent storm. It was hung on a metal pole concreted into the side of the footpath and pole appears to have rusted through. We want broken pole to be cut out of concrete, replaced by new metal pole concreted into ground and existing gate rehung. We want to reuse gate which is in ok condition. We need job completed ASAP because it stops our dog escaping. Dog will be offsite while work completed.
