Solid Timber fence, closed board. 1800mm high and approximately 35m long. - Po --- x 75mm timber posts H4 treated sawn, generally at 2000mm ctrs. - Rails: 100 x 50mm timber rails H3.2 treated sawn. - Palings: 150 x 18mm timber palings H3.2 treated sawn. - All nails to be hot dipped galvanised flat head. - Existing fence (palings and rails) to be demolished/removed by owners prior to builders commencing on site. - Builders to remove existing posts (owners to cart to waste). - Builders to saw cut out existing concrete mowing strip around posts. - Concrete around new posts to tie into existing mowing strip. - Most of the existing post holes should be suitable/available for re-use once posts have been removed. Quote must be detailed to include required demolition of existing posts, all required materials and labour. Please provide quotes for: Option 1) Above spec Option 2) Spec same as above, but 100 x 100mm posts.
