Alloy Plates

I need 2 x 5mm alluminium plates fabricated. Each plate is approx 200mm high by 150mm wide. The plates need to bet cut to shape then have 7 holes drilled in each plate then rolled to an exact curve. I can provide a drawing and template for the curve radius. Please let me know if you have the ability to fabricate this type of item.

Weld Stainless Steel Handrail - Repair

Site Welding

The handrail in our main stairwell has come down because a part has broken off the stainless steel bracket that holds it onto the wall. I think the broken park needs to be welded back onto the round bracket - see pics. We need this bracket fixed so that the handrail can go back up on the stairs as soon as possible, because we have an older visitor arriving on the 8th of Jan. Thank you.

looks to be 1mm stainless sheet, has an existing hole but needs some sort of circular floor waste welded into place. Also under floor joist is bent, needs to be replaced.

Trailer Repair

I am trying to find someone who can fit in a repair to a small boat trailer. The central bar has some bad rust and guessing either the whole thing needs replacing or at least a good portion of it. (the whole bar is just under 4m) There would be some welding required on the trailer hitch and the rollers - the rest is bolted together.

Mount 5th wheel to existing steel truck deck

I have a Reese 16K 5th wheel hitch mounted on my Ute which I need to transfer to my steel deck Fuso Canter. The 5th wheel is used to tow a 3.5 tonne trailer home - ie a light trailer. The steel flat deck (& chassis) may need to be shortened, which will include re-fitting the existing towbar and modifying the drop-down sides. It has to be certified for CoF compliance if required (CT400?) Photos to come
