Stainless steel hood for chimney

I need a stainless steel hood installed to cover my chimney. See photos. Occasional leaking to plaster so would like new hood to go over the chimney for watertightness and for cosmetic reasons//looks. Easy access to roof. No ladders or scaffolding necessary.
