Check, clean and repair gutters

Plastic gutters on a old single story house in Palmerston North need attention. House is on piles so some gutters aren't easily reached with a standard ladder. There are at least two gutter joins that are leaking and need fixing. Gutter on rear is loose, easier to reach due to decking. Gutters also likely need clearing. Easy access on property apart from height issue. Photos are of one of the gutter joins that needs fixing and the rear loose gutter.

Urgent please, the house has been sold and the new owners advised us on Friday they want the gullys and surface leaves removed. Reseal shared driveway

My neighbours and I are looking to reseal our driveway - we aren't wealthy people so what ever is the cheapest option - that isn't gravel. Open to chip seal, hotmix concrete etc. It is estimated to be approx 90m2 - please confirm this measurement for quotes etc. I would suggest a site visit as the driveway is a difficult one to navigate.
