Exterior softwash of five bedroom home

Hi, I have a rental property five bedroom in Palmerston North (Awapuni) that could do with an exterior power wash. It is ground level and basement. Total house area 270sqm, weatherboard exterior with some concrete walls on the lower level, small deck, patio plus barbeque area. Attached garage. Please provide a cost estimate and how long it will take. I also need roof cleaned of moss and mildew. But this is not a priority and could be quoted separately later.
