We have moss and lichen buildup on our metal sheet roofing. The roofing product is mostly COLORSTEEL Endura ( --- Ironsand Corrugate). The total roofing surface, including house and garage, is 230 m2 (true magnitude, i.e., not in plan) We also need to other tasks: * Replacing two missing roofing screws with rubber washer (see photos). * Cleaning of gutters.

Just an overall very good experience. Ryan did a great job, and both the house and the roof went through an incredible change. We ended up having to slightly change the scope of work during the project, and we negotiated a variation in good faith. I would recommend him to anyone thinking of cleaning their house.
