One off waterblasting job

Moved into a new home and wanting someone very experienced with decks and waterblasting or spraying (not sure which is best for this deck so photos attached) to help give it a spruce up. It's not severe damage and in pretty good nick so maybe a softer option would be best to maintain the integrity of the deck :-) I have attached photos (kinda an L shaped deck with main area) and would love to have a quote if possible please.

Exterior - high window cleaning

I have windows about 5m-6m off the ground, relatively inaccessible in need to exterior cleaning. The house is on a slope and there is quite a steep slope. Scaffold is not an option due to the ground instability and also the "path" width available. I'd welcome a quote on what it would cost to clean the widows.
