Underfloor soil removal
Job description
I am applying for retrospective consent & need soil removed from below the flat on this property to achieve a minimum ground clearance of 450mm & comply with Hutt City Council requirements. This job would suit someone that can fit and is happy working in small spaces. Soil needs to be removed from site & disposed of. Drawing markup shows approximate heights. Access is via an access door 600 x 450 as per photo although i would consider removing some of the base boards if needed to create a second access to the space. The soil is soft, when re-piling we had to go down up to 1.8m to hit solid ground so i don't anticipate hitting any clay or the like during this work. Any questions, please ask. Thanks

James is great to deal with. We presented a very difficult job and even though he was under pressure, the job was carried out promptly. I did pick up on a section that the guys had missed & the next working day James had his guys on site to make good.
