Clearing or Reducing Excavation

Hi, There is an excavation at the back of my home which I want to reduce to a minimum to have more space for lawn etc. its dimension is about 22 meters long, 6 meters wide and about 1.2 to 3 meters high. it has two retaining walls each is 1.2 meters high. Retaining wall, lawn level and more
