Soil removal in preparation for landscaping. Soil is a mixture of liquefaction, sand and actual soil (TC3 land). LLUR has no record of contamination. The closest place to dump the soil is Fulton Hogan on Ensors Rd. The area is approximately 160 sq m and I estimate that about 150mm depth needs to be removed thus ~25 (maybe up to 30) cubic metres. Location is 200 Riverlaw Tce., St Martins. At the End of a long driveway. Pictures show driveway access and site.

A great experience working with Daniel. I told him what I wish to achieve and then we worked together with good communication and bouncing ideas off each other throughout the project. I hired and drove a tipper truck to transport materials to and from the site while Daniel was left to do his digger magic. Easy to work with, highly recommended.
