Vacant Section levelling in preparation for sewing in grass

We would like to have our 1/2 share of this vacant section levelled so that we can sew grass on the majority of it whilst leaving approximately a quarter unsewen to which we will cover with chip for additional car parking area. We may have to top up with screened top soil depending on success of the levelling. Also involves some moving of large size boulders, slightly to difficult to move with wrecking bar etc. The contour is almost flat and no retaining walls are involved. Access is easy up long drive again almost flat. Total rough area 300sq m. Ideally would like this completed around end April, early May, earlier if suitable.
