power connection of garden studio (lights and socket)

We are putting in a garden studio in a few months time and I am wanting to get some quotes for the power connection. The connections in the studio will be for a light, a duel 10A power socket and a spotlight. There are two options available I will go with what is easiest/cheapest: either extend a circuit from the house located near the studio or; Use an unused 32A cable (leftover from a previous renovation but is long enough) that is situated under the house but not connected to the main board (will need connection). I will be able to pre lay the wire so only the connections will be needed.
